Delilah's background in real estate and mortgage financing are
evident in her organizational skills. Her use of software for
scheduling sub-contractors and tracking changed orders made it
much easier for us to track progress as well as financial
changes.
As an accomplished cabinet maker, Jim carries on the Kreuser
name. His father and uncles established a reputation as quality
builders. Jim carries that tradition proudly by continuing to
produce his own quality work. The workmanship and attention to
detail were visible in the sub-contractors they selected as well
as the custom cabinets that adorn our home.
On the few occasions where problems arose, Jim and Delilah
showed their ability to resolve the situations to our
satisfaction while managing the project and maintaining
