Jim and Delilah Kreuser own and operate AMA Homes and are both actively involved in the entire home building process.

Jim actively oversees the actual construction of each home AMA Homes builds. He can be found both in the cabinet shop as well as on the job site. He works closely with a talented team of hand-selected subcontractors who share his commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to every detail.

Delilah helps to guide customers through the building process, including timeframes of when key events will be taking place, when and where to make selections and keeping track of change orders how they will effect the final cost of each home. Her strong background in real estate and mortgage financing are a valuable asset to meeting each customers needs.
